Products and Prices

We will only supply our products within Australia.

The recommended retail price is as provided by our suppliers at time of purchase.

Due to the Variations of the Australian Dollar.  Retail prices may change at any time without notice.

Delivery times may vary subject to availability of stock

All products may not be in stock at the time of order. Please contact us to confirm delivery times.

If product is discontinued or not available we will try to provide another similar product after advising you of the situation.

Please check specifications and colours etc. with our staff as variations may occur at the manufacturers discretion.

 

Freight and Insurance

All freight and insurance is at the expense of the customer unless specifically

agreed to in a WRITTEN QUOTATION or if FREIGHT FREE is stated in the

description of the item at our online store.

We will supply a free quote including freight on confirmation of your order if you request it.

Freight and insurance must be paid before the item is dispatched.

(No Exceptions)

We will get you the best freight and insurance rates available to keep the cost

down as much as possible.

If you are not likely to be at the shipping address please arrange with us to

mark freight note “Customer will pick up at freight company depot”

Some freight companies will only deliver to business addresses.

Any extra charges if freight company not able to deliver goods will be at

customers expense.

Be advised we cannot change address after the package has been dispatched.

Any transit damage or loss of goods should be covered by the insurance you have paid and the title to those goods is customers responsibility on delivery. However we will assist you as much as possible in tracking goods lost in transit.

We will check all guitars and other smaller items before dispatch. Larger items such as Digital Pianos and Drumsets will arrive as packed by the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

When buying choose carefully as you will not automatically receive a refund if you change your mind. You will need to produce a receipt within 7 days of purchase and goods will have to be in original condition (no scratches or changes of any kind)

Return of item will be at your expense.

 

Faulty goods

We will exchange or repair as necessary in line with manufacturers warranty conditions and if possible repair in your area if an authorized repairer is available.

 

Complaints

Even with the best of intentions most companies will from time to time experience a complaint from a customer.

Please advise nature of complaint in writing and outlining the circumstances and how you would like the complaint resolved.

Please state name of staff member you dealt with (if possible.) We will attempt to resolve the matter urgently and hopefully to your satisfaction.

We have been in business for over 30 years and have always tried very hard to satisfy any reasonable complaint to our customers satisfaction.
